Wine Tasting
Went to Whole Foods with a few guys from work. All Italian wines. To me, wine tasting is like music, you buy what you like, sure you can recommend, but it is all about taste.
Started with 2 whites – Kris Pinot Grigio, then a Argiolas Costamolino (Pear and Citrus!)
Next to the Reds -
Ca’de Medici Reggiano Lamrusco – Crap
Frescobaldi Castiglioni Chianti – Dry
Viticcio Chianti Classico – Good
Batasiolo Barolo – My type of wine, oaky
Allegrini Amarone – Amazing, but one glass is enough. Like drinking raisins.
