Where is everything?

Gone, just gone. A nasty plugin apparently killed my WordPress database. Was it a mercy killing, was my blog really that bad? Either way will just have to rebuild.
I did back everything up, but I think I’ll repost or just delete the old stuff. I highly recommend reading this article though: http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database
